Originally from the Bahamas, Dr. Christian McIntosh began his journey into veterinary medicine at Wingate University in North Carolina, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biology. Before pursuing his doctorate, he gained hands-on experience as a Veterinary Assistant at Pinehurst Animal Hospital in Southern Pines. He then went on to earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University.
Dr. McIntosh’s clinical interests include soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography, and dentistry. He is deeply committed to client education, believing that an informed pet owner is the best advocate for a pet’s long-term health and longevity. When he is away from the clinic, Dr. McIntosh enjoys reading, staying active at the gym, and returning to the beach, as well as spending quality time with his family and friends.
